The Hincapie Pacific Rain Shell is a light-weight, wind and water resistant racing shell. A must have for any competitive tortoise.

The outer shell is made of 2-way stretch, wind/water-resistant Elasti-Barrier fabric. Mesh underarm gussets allow breathability and freedom of movement to eliminate that clammy skin-on-plastic feel. Elastic waist and sleeve cuffs seal out the elements. Clear shell allows race kits and race numbers to show through the jacket.
