Indie Bike reserves the right to change the content of the website whenever it is felt necessary. Your use of IndieBike.com, following any changes, constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. Any changes to IndieBike.com will ultimately lead to a better shopping experience for our customers.
Payment, Credit for Refunds:
Only valid credit cards may be used for making a purchase and all refunds will be credited to the same card or, in our discretion, other method. By submitting your order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated card and authorize us to charge your order (including taxes, shipping, handling and any amounts described on the Site) to that card. If the card cannot be verified, is invalid, or is not otherwise acceptable, your order may be suspended or canceled automatically. Regarding "Your Account," you agree to keep all information current and that we may submit charges for processing even if the card has expired or changed by the time we submit it. You must resolve any problem we encounter in order to proceed with your order.

Unless we say otherwise, all materials, including images, designs, logos, written and other materials that appear on our site (collectively, the “Contents”) are the sole ownership of Indie Bike or its partners. The Contents of our Site are intended solely for personal use by the users of our Site. You may download or copy the Contents displayed on the Site for you personal use only. Seriously though, we worked hard on this Site, don’t use it in anyway that would make us sad.
Colors:
Indie Bike has made every effort to accurately display the colors and textures of our products. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee how our products will look on your computer monitor. Sorry about this, but the color you see on your computer might be slightly different than in actuality. As always, if this would ever be a problem, we will be more than happy to work with you to get an item that makes you happy.
Inaccuracy Disclaimer:
All this legal mumbo-jumbo is really getting us down, but we’re almost done. Our boss told us that we need to tell you that if ever any information contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability, we reserve the right to correct, change, or update information without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order. If any change or updates affects an order, you will be notified before the transaction is completed.
Bicycling Safety Agreement:
Cyclists assume a certain risk every time the get on their bike. Customers purchasing apparel and gear from Indie Bike agree to release Indie Bike from all liability of said items. Our Customers understand that cycling involves certain risks including, but not limited to, the risk of serious injury or death. Full responsibilities for the risks involved with cycling are assumed by those who purchase our items.
