Returning an Order
No problem -- returning an order is easy. You do not need to contact us for an RA# or notify us of the return.
To retun an order:
1) Fill out the Return/Exchange form at the bottom of the original packing slip.
2) Ship the items back to us at:

Once we receive your returned order, we will email you a notification that your return has been received and is being processed. Returns are processed in the order they are received, usually within 3-5 business days from the day it was received
WE ARE UNABLE TO EXCHANGE ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WASHED OR WORN. We fully expect items to be tried on to make sure they fit correctly, but ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WASHED OR WORN WILL BE POLITELY RETURNED TO SENDER WITHOUT NOTIFICATION.
It is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping.
Shipping charges paid on the original order will not be refunded. The refunded amount is equal to the purchase price of all returned merchandise.
Please allow 3-5 business days for credits to show up on your credit card statement. Although we credit your account at the time that we process your return, it typically takes the bank a few days to update your funds and statement.
