Placing an Order

We happily accept online and phone orders.

To place an order on our website, first add an item to your online shopping cart by clicking Add to cart on the product page after selecting color and size options.  When you have added desired items to your shopping cart, click Proceed to checkout on the shopping cart page.  Next, enter your billing, shipping, and credit card information.  When the required fields are filled in correctly, click Submit my order to finalize your order.  Ta da!

If you prefer to place an order over the phone, or if you have trouble with the online ordering process, call us toll-free at 1-866-435-9259.

Shortly after your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation from service@indiebike.com at the email address provided during checkout, and which is attached to your customer account.  If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

When your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from UPS Quantum View that includes tracking number for your shipment.  If you do not receive this email, please check your Spam folder, as often these emails are regretfully filtered.
