Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of the time the order is received -- usually 2 days. Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from UPS Quantum View with detailed tracking information. If you do not receive this email, you might check your Spam folder, as often these emails are regretfully filtered.

To view the status of your order and tracking information, log into your customer account. You will find your tracking number attached to the placed order, which can be clicked to view the last tracking information for your order.
