There are two ways to check the status of your order; help yourself or allow us to help you.

Log-in to your Account
Enter your email address and password in the "Login" box to the right.  The first screen that you will see is the the account dashboard, which will have your most recent order displayed in the middle of the page.   The status of your order will be from this first screen.  To get more detailed informaton on your order, click the View Order link listed inline with your order information.

Send us at email at service@indiebike.com with your order number and we will email you back with the most up-to-date information on your order.  If emailing isn't your thing, give us a call at 1-866-435-9259.  Please have your order number available.
