Items that have a manufacturers defect will be replaced at no charge. The length of time that a product is under warranty varies from manufacturer to manufacturer.  Please contact us if you have a defective item.

The money back guarantee does not apply to products that have been worn, washed, or are not in saleable condition.

We urge you to try on cycling clothing (wearing undergarments) and to check out how the clothing feels or looks while in the riding position.  Holes in cycling bottoms caused by rubbing seat posts, seat post clamps, or saddle bags are not considered to be defective, and are not covered under warranty.  We recommend that you check your bike set-up for problem areas.  Damage due to crashing is not covered under the guarantee.  In this case, we recommend that you continue wearing crashed-out clothing, because it makes you look hardcore.
