You may exchange items within 365 days of the purchase date for the complete value of the original purchase.  This means that even if your item has gone on sale, we will honor the price originally paid.

Normal process:
1) Fill out the Return/Exchange form at the bottom of the original packing slip.
2) Ship back the items you are wanting to exchange to:

Speedy process:
1) Place an order online for the replacement item you would like (don't worry, we'll reimburse you for the shipping charges).
2) Write the new order number on the Return/Exchange form at the bottom of the original packing slip.
3) Ship back the items you are wanting to exchange to:

Seeing the new order number written on the Return/Exchange form will notify us to reimburse the shipping charges on your replacement order.


We will pay for the shipping of the new item.  It is your responsibility to cover the shipping cost of items that are being returned to us.

WE ARE UNABLE TO EXCHANGE ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WASHED OR WORN. We fully expect items to be tried on to make sure they fit correctly, but ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WASHED OR WORN WILL BE POLITELY RETURNED TO SENDER WITHOUT NOTIFICATION.
