It couldn't be any easier, just fill out the Return/Exchange form and stick it in the mail. You don't need an RA# and you don't need to contact us for notification of the return.

To return an order:
1) Fill out the Return/Exchange form at the bottom of the original packing slip.
2) Ship the items back to us at:

Once we receive your returned order, we will email you a notification that your return has been received and is being processed. Returns are processed in the order they are received, usually within 3-5 business days from the day it was received
