We do our best to ensure that every item you see on our website is available for purchase.  However, it occasionally happens that a product that is purchased, is no longer have available.  If this happens, the item is backordered.

If you purchase an item that has been backordered, we will notify you via email.  You then have the choice of keeping the item on backorder, switching the item to a product that is available, or removing the item from your order altogether.  In the event that we do not receive a response from the customer, we assume the item should be placed on backorder, and once available will ship to the customer at no charge.

Backordered items are always shipped for free -- yeah!
