Has my order shipped yet?
If you order has shipped you would have received a shipping confirmation email to the email address you used to place the order. Please check your Spam folder, for some email services have been known to block automated emails.
How long will it take for my order to get to my house?
Orders placed with Standard Shipping will arrive in 4-7 days after the order has been placed. Orders placed with Economy Shipping will arrive in 7-12 days after the order was placed.
Do you charge a restocking fee on returned items?
No, we would never do that.
How do I return an item I don’t want?
When you received the original order there was a packing slip included in the package. At the bottom of the packing slip there is a Return/Exchange Form that should be filled out and included in the returned package. The address in which the packaged should be shipped is on the Return/Exchange Form.
How do I exchange an item for a different size or color?
There are several ways to make an exchange: 1) Place a completely new order online and ship the item you don’t want back to us. 2) Fill out the Return/Exchange Form found at the bottom of the packing slip (included in the original order) with instructions for making the exchange, and send it back with the package.
Do I have to pay for shipping on returns and exchanges?
Yes, the customer pays for the return shipping for both returns and exchanges. If the item(s) being sent back is for an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping back to you.
What does it mean when an item is backordered?
An item that is backordered has been temporarily sold out, but is expected to become available for purchase in the near future. Backordered items ship as soon as they are back in-stock. All backorders ship for free.
Can I pay for expedited shipping?
Yes, but we are only able to offer expedited shipping on a per order basis. If you need an order ASAP, call us to see if we’re able to upgrade your shipping method. We do not offer expedited shipping charges for every order because unable to guarantee the date in which each order ships.
Do you have a retail store?
Yes, we do. We have one retail store located in Indianapolis, Indiana
I placed an order online. Why didn’t I receive a order confirmation?
There are several reason this might have occurred. 1) The email address you entered during the checkout process was incorrect or included a type-o. 2) The order confirmation email was sent to your Spam folder by your email service provider on accident. 3) It’s possible that the order was never fully submitted.
Can I add something to my order?
Yes, as long as the order has not shipped you are able to added additional items. Adding items to an existing order may delay the shipment of the original order.
How do I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel an order, please call us at 1-866-435-9259 or email us at service@indiebike.com with your order number ready to give us. Orders that have already been shipped can be returned for a refund.
