The Louis Garneau Power Seal Shoe Covers stretch over your shoes to lock out the cold and rain. The polyurethane coated lycra is highly water repellant, but it is the addition of tape-sealed seams and the lack of a back opening that really keep out the elements. The shoe covers pull on and close with a velcro tab, located on the sole below the cleat opening. Features a reinforced toe cover for durability.
