The Castelli Pazzo Jacket could just have easily been named the Pazzo Vest. The sleeves zip off, turning the jacket into a fully functional wind vest; not just an emergency vest, but a piece that you will put on before you leave your house. On the front and sleeves, SG0.6 fabric blocks wind and provides breathable insulation. The back and sides are constructed of a cozy, thermal fabric that provides a bit more breathability. Of course, the sleeves can be removed mid-ride and stowed in the three back pockets.
