Everybody has questions, and sometimes there is a person around that can answer them. Well, we’ve got both questions and answers that may be of interest to you.
Q: If I order this pair of cycling shorts and they’re too small can I return them?
A: Of course. As long as the shorts (or any items purchased) are brand new and haven’t been worn we’ll exchange them for a different size.
Q: How long does it take to process an order?
A: It typically takes 1-3 business days, depending on several variables.
Q: Will I receive a tracking # to watch the status of my shipment?
A: Yes, we will notify you when your package has left our shop by sending an email that will include a UPS tracking number.
Q: When does my credit card get charged?
A: Your credit card will not get charged until your package is on its way out the shop.
Q: Do you put half & half in your coffee?
A: On occasion. I used to always drink my coffee black, but was recently introduced half & half.
Q: How much do you charge for shipping?
A: Shipping is $8.50. All orders under $50 are $8.50. All orders over $50 are $8.50. If the order is $297.50, shipping is $8.50.
Q: Are all the products on your website accurate with what is available?
A: It would be impossible to have everything completely accurate, but we make an effort to have everything as close to perfect as we can.
